1. Delivery Locations
We currently offer delivery within India, subject to service availability at the customer's PIN code.
2. Shipping Charges
A ₹40 delivery charge will be applicable to orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 working days, depending on the destination, PIN code, courier/postal service and other circumstances.
Remote locations may require additional time.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided to you where tracking is available.
You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Incorrect or incomplete address
- PIN code service restrictions

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in case of a delivery delay.

Fauji Herbals will not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
